Proctor Log

Privacy Notice

Effective October 5, 2026

What this application stores

Proctor Log stores invited users’ names and email addresses, private tester-session records, student names, organizations, exam types, times, operational notes, flags, transfer details, earnings, private guide entries, preferences, security events, and encrypted backups.

Purpose and access

The information is used to help each proctor track work and calculate earnings. Personal tester data is isolated by account. Other proctors and administrators cannot read another user’s tester sessions, notes, reports, guide entries, or personal backups. Administrators may manage invitations, roles, account status, and the shared organization and rate catalog.

Retention and recovery

Completed activity remains in the primary application for 60 days, then moves to a private recovery state for 20 days before permanent deletion. A user-requested deletion follows the same 20-day recovery window. Independently encrypted infrastructure backups are retained for up to 60 days. Security and audit records may be retained separately and must not contain tester notes or student names.

Security and service providers

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication uses short-lived email codes, secure cookies, rate limits, bot protection, and revocable sessions. Cloudflare provides application hosting, database, bot protection, and encrypted backup storage; Resend delivers transactional email. Information is not sold or used for advertising.

Your choices

From Settings, users can export their data, delete it, recover a deletion during the recovery window, and revoke signed-in devices. Contact the workspace administrator for account access, correction, or deactivation requests.

Authorized information

Use Proctor Log only for information your employer permits you to store. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical information, exam answers, or unnecessary personal details.
